Delivering a Seamless, Customised Experience
For each event in our Centre, a dedicated Experience Manager will be assigned as your primary liaison overseeing the event planning and execution from its setup to conclusion.
Besides interacting with the client directly, the Experience Manager also plays the role of a representative for the event to communicate and coordinate all requirements to internal departments and external vendors such as the service contractors or movers.
As a highly qualified expert of our Centre's operations, the Experience Manager will be able to advise you accordingly for issues pertaining to audio-visual, rigging/staging, event logistics, catering, technology and communications.
For the duration of your event, your Experience Manager will also be on standby to render assistance where needed, alert you to potential hiccups, and ultimately ensure the smooth delivery of your event.
